This project sales website handles enquiries for Lim Hock Chye Raymond (Raymond Lim), salesperson registration R057257A, of PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (agency licence L3008022J). It is managed by the sales representative and is not the developer’s official website.

Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, mobile number, optional email address, residence preference and consent to contact. It also records the time of submission and enquiry status. Please do not submit identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information.

How your information is used

Raymond uses these details to respond to your Amberwood enquiry, discuss relevant residence information and arrange a viewing if available. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment. Contact may be by phone, WhatsApp or email according to your enquiry and consent.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a protected database through the website’s hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access is limited to the authorised agent and website administrator. Other visitors cannot read your submission. Hosting and processing may take place outside Singapore.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries are retained for follow-up until no longer needed for the enquiry or any applicable record-keeping requirement. You may ask Raymond to access or correct your details, withdraw consent, or request deletion by emailing raymond_lim@propnex.com or calling +65 9386 8486. Withdrawing consent may limit further follow-up.

Spam protection and third-party links

The service uses a time-limited form token, a hidden spam field and rate limiting. A one-way keyed representation of the network address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry database. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for security and operation. This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Opening WhatsApp, Google Maps or the externally hosted PDF takes you to a third-party service with its own privacy terms. The viewing form works without using those links. Agent sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication.
